You just need to be in the right place at the right time and the musky is yours! She hits, you set the hook, and after a ferocious fight, she slides into the net. You quickly remove the hooks, measure her, take a photo and release her to fight again. Congratulations, even if it took 10,000 casts or, like us, three years! You win.

We fully agree with right place, right time, but what if the time isn't right? If a tip from the observations page or a lure you bought from us helps you land this fish, then we win! We had a bunch of help and we hope to pass some of the great advice we got on to you.

Bob has retired and is going to start making a few lures again. Some are being sold on this page and a few on Ebay.

The musky tribute video is a look at some of our releases over the years. The little girl is our granddaughter, she is 13 now. She has won the girls junior division of the Ohio Husky Musky Club twice. Bob says it's because she has a great guide!
